The access and navigation of this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use, which are part of the General Sales Conditions of the online store www.loja.inesfranco.com and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy presented by the company INÊS FRANCO UNIPESSOAL, LDA VAT No. 509 713 149, headquartered at Rua Rodrigues de Faria, Edifício I, 1st floor, space 1.17, 1300-501 Lisbon, hereinafter referred to as INÊS FRANCO®, by reference to the registered trademark of which it is the owner.

 

INTRODUCTION

The sales made through the online store www.loja.inesfranco.com imply the customer's acceptance of the General Sales Conditions, which are established in compliance with the legislation applicable to the electronic commerce sector.

However, INÊS FRANCO reserves the right to change these General Sales Conditions without prior notice, undertaking to publish any changes on this website.

INÊS FRANCO is not responsible for any events arising from the unavailability of the site, regardless of its duration, and further reserves the right to restrict access to some areas of the site for technical reasons or to comply with legal obligations.

I - Terms and Conditions of the Complete Makeup Course by Inês Franco®

AUpon purchasing the course in the Store through the website https://inesfranco.com/, the Customer will receive, within a maximum period of 48 hours, an email sent from the address noreply@notify.thinkific.com, confirming the allocation of the service, as well as welcoming them to the course, accompanied by the link to log in - enter the platform and access the content, online and via web.

The login and access to the platform must be done using the same email address with which the purchase was made. The login details are personal and non-transferable, and sharing them with third parties is prohibited.

If the customer does not receive the email with the access information, they should contact us at the email address loja@inesfranco.com or by phone at 21 588 90 37.

On the platform where the course will be made available, through the provided link, the Customer will enter the "My dashboard" area and will have access to the service for 90 days, specifically to the training content.

The Customer user may consult the entire course, with no limit to the number of times they log in, during the period referred to in the previous paragraph.

The mandatory personal data collected are intended to identify the Customer for contractual purposes and in accordance with the principle of data minimization, in accordance with the GDPR. Optional data are intended to personalize contact with the Customer, if they so wish. The right to data erasure and the right to be forgotten can be exercised in accordance with the privacy policy of the Store accessible at https://inesfranco.com/policies/privacy- policy, particularly through an explicit request to the email loja@inesfranco.com or through other contact channels.

CUSTOMER
Any individual aged 18 years or older who creates a customer account under the commitment that all information regarding their identification and other necessary data for the execution and processing of their respective order is true, up-to-date, and complete. For all purposes, INÊS FRANCO considers that a legal entity is identified and individualized by the connection between its corporate name, registered office, and tax identification number indicated at the time of creating the respective customer account.

COOKIE
A small file sent to the customer's computer that is stored on their disk. By creating an account on the website, the customer's computer will store a cookie that will allow the customer to be automatically identified whenever they revisit the site. Cookies are also used for our system to track the customer's steps in a purchasing session. If the customer does not accept the use of cookies, they will not be able to use this site.

Website www.loja.inesfranco.com, owned and operated by the company INÊS FRANCO UNIPESSOAL, LDA, for the purpose of promoting and selling products from that online store.

OBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Use aim to define the conditions of access and navigation on the site by customers who wish to make purchases in the online store. The General Sales Conditions aim to regulate the terms of operation of the commercial transactions carried out between INÊS FRANCO and the Customer. The Privacy and Data Protection Policy aims to identify measures to protect privacy regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of data of natural persons, including tools for personalized management of personal data provided by customers.

I - GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Ordering and Purchasing Process
Payment Deadline and Methods - After completing the ordering process, the customer has a period, indicated in the selected payment method, to proceed with the payment. If payment confirmation is not received within this period, the order will be canceled.

INÊS FRANCO offers the following payment methods for purchases made in the online store:

PAYPAL
Payment via PayPal is a secure method used worldwide. For more information about this payment method, visit www.paypal.com.

Save data for future PayPal transactions

By subscribing to this option, the customer will not need to access the PayPal page for future purchases. The value of the purchase in question will be automatically debited from the PayPal account used when subscribing to this option.

At any time, the customer can access their PayPal account and remove this option. To do so, they should go to the Profile > My Money > My pre-approved payments menus. There, all pre- approved payments will appear, and it will only be necessary to cancel the payment associated with INÊS FRANCO.

Note: INÊS FRANCO does not store any login data for the customer's PayPal account.

MULTIBANCO ENTITY AND REFERENCE
Payments by Multibanco Entity and Reference can be made through the Multibanco ATM Network or through your Homebanking.

Upon finalizing your order, a Multibanco reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email.

PTo make the payment at an ATM, the customer must select the "Payment of Services/Purchases" option and enter the corresponding entity, reference, and value.

The order will likely be shipped on the next business day. 

Notice: since the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity of 72 hours, if payment is not made within this period, the order will be canceled.

MBWAY
Payments via MB Way can be made through the "MB Way" application or through your Homebanking.

Upon finalizing your order, an MB Way reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in their application or Homebanking, with 15 minutes to make the payment.

The order will likely be shipped on the next business day. 

Notice: since the generated payment reference has a limited validity, if payment is not made within this period, the order will be canceled.
